UNIQUE GUARANTEE
Our product guarantee is unique in the industry. Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may return it within seven days for replacement or refund—no questions asked.
ELIMINATES RISK
If the watch develops defects within a one year period, it will be repaired or replaced with the same or a similar model. (This warranty does not apply to case, crystal, crown, strap or batteries.) This is an exceptional guarantee for a $12 purchase. It essentially eliminates customer risk.
DISTRIBUTOR PROTECTION
Our product support extends equally to your organization. Any timepiece that is damaged in shipping or returned by a customer will be replaced on a one for one basis. The exchange will be issued immediately upon delivery of the damaged product to a TITAN distribution center.
